- Machine Operators – 1st & 2nd shifts
All positions are full time. Many positions work Monday thru Thursday, or Monday thru Thursday with a half-day on Fridays!
Competitive Pay! Starting pay for manufacturing positions ranges between $18.00 – $24.00 per hour.

We believe in sharing a piece of the profits with all of our team members. Bonuses are paid out 3x per year!
401K Match
Regardless of your age, it is never too early (or late) to start planning for retirement. Koetter Woodworking provides a matching percentage (up to 5%) when a team member participates in our 401K program through weekly contributions.
Health Insurance
Our low-cost health insurance options include PPO or HSA selections to meet you and your family's needs. In addition, every team member is provided with a $10,000 life insurance policy at no additional cost. Vision, Dental, Short Term & Long Term Disability coverage are also available.
Paid Holidays
Paid holidays include Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving (hello, Black Friday!), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day & 4th of July!
Paid Vacation & PTO
Our benefit package provides all eligible employees with paid personal leave time as well as paid vacation.
