Ben Williamson
Account Representative
Ben joined the Koetter team in March of 2013. He was able to gain “hands-on” experience in a variety of capacities in our finished-goods warehouse before joining the sales team in February of 2014. Ben is excited to use his growing product knowledge and prior customer service experience to help serve the needs of our customers.
Outside of work, Ben is active in the community of his local church. He and his wife became first-time parents in the spring of 2014, and he absolutely loves this new chapter of life. When Ben has time beyond those responsibilities, he enjoys thoughtful gaming, reading anything, and movies that make him laugh!
Brad Baumann
Account Representative
Brad joined Koetter Woodworking in October of 2025, continuing a family connection that spans several years, as both of his parents have been part of the Koetter family.
With 11 years of customer service experience, Brad brings strong communication skills and attention to detail to his role as an Inside Sales Representative. He previously worked in office services for a law firm, assisting clients with court documentation, managing daily paperwork, and traveling throughout Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio to file documents and support client needs.
Brad enjoys building relationships and providing dependable support to customers. In his free time, he loves playing golf, cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers, and building new relationships.
Brian Kirby
Account Representative
Brian is passionate about health, wellness, and spending quality time with family—values that fuel his personal and professional life. For 27 years, Brian has been happily married to an incredible woman who keeps him grounded and inspired, and together, they’re raising two teenage sons who keep them on our toes.
Brian thrives on the thrill of tackling challenges head-on and finding creative solutions to problems. Whether it’s in the office or at home, he enjoys the satisfaction that comes from rolling up his sleeves and making things happen!
Carol Dora
Sales & Marketing
After earning her degree in Interior Design, Carol began her career as a project estimator for a local dealer, supplying millwork packages to custom home builders in the Louisville, Kentucky, and Southern Indiana markets. Those early years allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the millwork industry, paving the way for her next chapter with Koetter Woodworking.
Over the years, Carol has become an integral part of Koetter, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the Koetter product offering. Today, she leads the Account Representative team and drives all marketing efforts, blending her expertise and creativity to help shape the company’s success.
When she’s not at work, Carol enjoys time with her family and her two English Springer Spaniels. An avid traveler, she loves nothing more than spending a week at the beach with Kindle in hand, reading as many books as possible!
Clay Gahimer
Sales & Marketing
With over three decades of experience at Koetter Woodworking, Clay has excelled in a variety of roles, beginning with grading and bundling mouldings before transitioning to inside sales and estimating. Today, he serves as the Director of Sales & Product Management, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to the company.
Outside of work, Clay enjoys reading, fishing, and playing the guitar. Above all, he cherishes quality time with his wife, three sons and grandchildren.
Daniel Carter
Outside Sales
Daniel joined the Koetter sales team in January of 2014 after graduating from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Daniel is excited to put his education and previous experience in the building materials industry to work for his customers.
Daniel is an avid auto enthusiast and enjoys everything about the auto industry – from its rich history and iconic place in America’s popular culture to the industry’s importance to the U.S. manufacturing base.
Eric Baynes
Outside Sales
With more than 30 years of experience in architectural millwork and building materials, Eric brings deep product knowledge, proven leadership, and a practical understanding of job-site realities. A former Koetter Woodworking team member of over 11 years, he returns to the company with a deep respect for the craft and a commitment to the relationships that have defined his career.
Outside of work, Eric can often be found at IndyCar races or car shows, riding his motorcycle, hunting, or traveling with family and friends.
Eric Meyer
Outside Sales
From a young age, Eric gained his love of woodworking while working alongside his father at their family-owned business, building custom antique reproduction furniture as well as providing furniture restoration and repair services. He has been a member of the KW team since 2007. He managed our door hanging department for 7 years and most recently, served as the Manager of the Continuous Improvement Team.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and loves all things related to the outdoors, including camping, fishing and golf! He is also a die-hard Kentucky basketball fan.
Jamey DeMarsh
Account Representative
In February 2020, Jamey became an integral part of our team, bringing with her more than 12 years of customer service expertise gained from her previous role at a family-owned business. Jamey takes great pleasure in every facet of customer service, with a particular fondness for the opportunity to connect with new people!
Outside of work, Jamey enjoys spending time with her family & friends, as well as her two dogs. She also loves going to concerts and sporting events as well as spending time outdoors.
Kayla Elliott
Account Representative
Kayla joined Koetter Woodworking in 2017 as a billing specialist & will-call coordinator, gaining invaluable experience in customer service, data entry, and order processing.
In May of 2023, she transitioned to the sales team, where she thrives on learning something new every day and tackling the diverse products and challenges that come her way at KW.
Outside the office, she enjoys quality time with family, including her dog, getting lost in a good book, or discovering a new TV series to binge!
Keith Hall
Account Representative
With 23 years at Koetter Woodworking and more than 30 years experience in the industry, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our sales team. His primary focus is working with customers that manufacture kitchen cabinetry, office furniture, casegoods, and store fixtures to help support their business through creative problem solving and dedicated service.
Keith is a proud Army veteran of the Persian Gulf War. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, helping others, and the occasional round of golf.
Kristie Nale
Account Representative
Since 2010, Kristie has played a pivotal role at Koetter, boasting over three decades of experience in wood products manufacturing. Her extensive background includes office furniture production and finishing, and in-field trouble-shooting, Kristie’s expertise in wood products has proven to be a great asset to the customers she serves.
Kristie loves Indiana Hoosier basketball and the outdoors – especially hiking, horseback riding, and relaxing by a campfire!
Mike Deacon
Outside Sales
Mike started his journey at Koetter over 30 years ago on the manufacturing floor. Today, he’s out in the field, working closely with our dealers to ensure they have the support and solutions they need. His success comes from a deep passion for understanding the markets he serves and anticipating customer needs.

When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find Mike on the water. An avid skier and boating enthusiast, he’s happiest behind the wheel of a boat or carving up the wake. He’s also a dedicated family man and a die-hard Louisville Cardinals fan—go Cards!
Paul Dittmeier
Account Representative
In December 2021, Paul became a valued member of our team, bringing with him an impressive 35 years of experience in both woodworking and customer service in the Kentuckiana region. Paul places great emphasis on assisting customers and fostering strong relationships with them.
Beyond the workplace, Paul finds joy in spending quality time with his wife, three children, and two grandchildren. He also indulges in his passions for cooking, playing the pedal steel guitar, and working on projects in his home shop.
Sam Smith
Business Development
Sam has been an integral part of the KW team for over 50 years, bringing leadership and insight across roles in production, plant management, and corporate strategy. With decades of experience, he collaborates with industry partners to explore new markets and develop innovative solutions to today’s business challenges.
When he’s not tackling the challenges of the day or planning for the opportunities of tomorrow, Sam enjoys spending time on his farm—often behind the wheel of his tractor—or making memories with his grandchildren.
Taylor Elliott
Account Representative
After completing high school, Taylor balanced sales and management roles while pursuing her college education part-time. In August of 2022, she joined the Koetter team. Her exceptional performance led to a swift promotion as Operator of the Artis+ CNC.
Taylor enjoys the daily interactions with customers and immersing herself in the rich history and diverse products manufactured by Koetter Woodworking. She finds satisfaction in the continuous learning opportunities that arise almost every day!
During her leisure time, Taylor enjoys taking her faithful Boxer, Rex, on walks. She also takes pleasure in reading while sipping on coffee, and curating and enjoying her vinyl collection.
