BILLING CLERK
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual to join our team as a Billing Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for all paperwork transactions relating to outbound shipments and will-call customers. , processing paperwork for in-bound lumber and freight shipments, and invoicing.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Data Entry Manager
Scheduled Shift: 1st Shift – 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Associate Degree preferred, but not required.
SKILLSETS
- 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Able to keep track of multiple tasks and priorities.
- 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Skilled at prioritizing the workload, focusing on urgent or time-sensitive tasks first.
- 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Can quickly shift gears and switch between tasks without getting overwhelmed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verifying and posting sales order transactions
- Processing paperwork for in-bound lumber and freight shipments
- Verifying sales orders & printing corresponding invoices & packing lists
- Print & acknowledge backorders
- Processing paperwork/invoicing for will-call customers
- Must be able to handle difficult situations with customers and fellow team members with professionalism and composure.

IT SPECIALIST
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual to join our team as an Electrician. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping all production equipment operating effectively.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: IT Manager
Scheduled Shift: 1st Shift – 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm, M-F
Education and Experience
- Associate Degree or IT certifications or experience with Microsoft Office 365/network administration
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide tech support to our team and resolve IT issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Servers and desktops
- Manage network infrastructure, including hardware and software
- Implement system security measures and optimize IT processes
- Work with automation tools and PLC systems
SKILLSETS
- Experience in Windows Server & Desktop administration (configuration & troubleshooting)
- Strong knowledge of systems, networking software/hardware, and protocols
- Familiarity with HP Aruba or other network hardware/software
- Associate Degree or IT certifications or experience with Microsoft Office 365/network administration

ELECTRICIAN
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual to join our team as an Electrician. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping all production equipment operating effectively.

Reports To: Production Maintenance Manager
Scheduled Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, M-F
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Preferably, experience in Commercial/Industrial Electrical installations.
SKILLSETS
- Equipment: Ability to use a tape measure, calipers, micrometers, voltmeter, amp meter, oscilloscope (optional), electronic stethoscope, etc.
- Electronic Controls Programming Skills: ability to set up, trouble shoot, and repair
- Mechanical Knowledge: understand machine operations and their hazards; trouble shoot symptoms, identifying the root cause of problems, and the ability to solve them
- Electrical Knowledge: understand machine controls and their hazards; trouble shoot symptoms, identifying the root cause of problems, and the ability to solve them
- Pneumatic Knowledge: understand air logic, controls, hazards, and possible solutions; trouble shoot symptoms, identifying the root cause of problems, and the ability to solve them
