ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE (Customer Service)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Scheduled Shift: 1st Shift – 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm, M-F

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Associate degree is preferred, but not required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers – answering questions, resolving issues, and building relationships
  • Review customer orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, item numbers, and pricing
  • Communicate pricing discrepancies and request any needed information from customers
  • Work with internal teams (estimating, information coordinators, order distribution) to ensure smooth order flow from entry to shipment
  • Provide quotes for custom items and guide customers in ordering more efficiently
  • Maintain product knowledge across all Koetter Woodworking offerings, including manufactured and buy/resell products
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for win/win solutions
  • Identify and share new sales opportunities with the team
