Our Heritage

For over half a century, Koetter Woodworking has been an industry leading manufacturer of cabinet & furniture components, architectural millwork, solid wood doors and stair parts.

Founded in 1959 by Tom & Mary Frances Koetter, Koetter Woodworking initiated a standard of fine craftsmanship and quality service as a manufacturer of wood components for the kitchen cabinet industry. Working at night and on weekends, Tom began turning out mouldings for Starlite Cabinet Company, who soon realized it had found a more reliable supplier of quality work. The rest, as they say, is history. As the business continued to grow and expand, the talent and dedication to principle became a strong foundation for what Koetter Woodworking is today.

Over 60 years later, the Koetter family operates on those same principles, manufacturing some of the finest architectural wood products in the market.

Our success is based on a vertically integrated structure that includes the process and storage of green lumber, on-site kiln drying operations, state of the art manufacturing equipment, and our extensive finished goods inventory to effectively supply our customers with what they need, when they need it.

Our continued commitment to our team members, technology, and never-ending process improvement, allows us to provide our customers the highest level of quality and service in the industry.
